AYURVEDA

Ayurveda is an ancient medical science, teaches that the body and mind should never be treated separately, it is a holistic framework that suggests ways of health intrinsically linked to lifestyle. From this perspective, Ayurveda is an integrated health system with yoga and Vaastu Shastra - the science of building environments based on the same principles in Yoga and Ayurveda are applied to individuals.

Ayurveda means knowledge of life or the science of life, the word is composed of words Ayus (life) and Veda (knowledge or science).. Ayurveda deals with all aspects of welfare, the physical, the mental and the spiritual and is interested in what is normal as much as what is abnormal or pathological. According to Ayurveda, health is not just absence of disease but it is a constant feeling of contentment and well-being, happiness, a state of physical, mental and spiritual. Since it deals with phenomena inherent in the nature, it has a universal value and a very open attitude towards the influences that come from different cultures. Medicines and diets can vary, but the principles are still the same. Therefore Ayurveda can be considered a "World Heritage".

THAI

The ancient Thai Traditional Medicine has been used for thousands of years by his people to prevent and treat diseases of the body and mind using extracts of herbs and deep massage techniques that stimulate skeletal muscle by acting on appearances, the circulatory and lymphatic system, the nervous and respiratory one.
