Prices are quoted per home per week (not per person).

Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday (unless otherwise agreed)

Refundable Security Deposit (if no damage) : € 300,00

Prices include: Electricity , water, cleaning 6 days a week from 9 am to 12 am, weekly linen. Please note that the owner provides initial supplies only (washing-up detergent, soap, toilet paper etc). Once these supplies are finished, the guest is required to replace them.

Prices do not include: Heating and Gas € 5,00 per unit, telephone calls, extra linen € 10,00 per person, extra towels € 5,00 per person, any additional cleaning and services (€ 10,00 per hour),

final cleaning per person : € 10,00 (minimum € 50,00).
